Even my Christmas recipes tend to involve fruit or cheese, where as this recipe is brilliant for breakfast, as a snack or an addition to a Christmas Platter. It's packed full of protein and natural animal fats.

Ingredients:


🌭 Breakfast Sausages:

  • Choose small breakfast sausages or go big – we don't discriminate! The meat in sausages often includes offcuts from around the bone, providing more collagen and connective tissue.   • Too much-processed meat isn't ideal but as a treat once in a while, choosing sausages from a proper butcher who can tell you the ingredients AND if you are stuck with the supermarket choosing the sausages with the best ingredient list possible is the way to go!

  • Opt for bacon and sausages with the highest meat content and the fewest additives. High-quality bacon offers a savoury, smoky flavour that complements the sausages perfectly. The crispy texture adds an extra layer of delight to this festive treat.

🪴 Rosemary & Thyme:
